Any disparaging remarks will be viewed as failure to comply with this NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement) and will be subject to legal ramifications.

Digital Products

This is a digital product that includes live instruction. As assets can be accessed immediately after account creation, and live instruction cannot be returned by participants, the product is non-refundable on its face. After a one hour and forty-minute presentation you have a reasonable expectation of what the course and scope of business will entail. Nothing has been withheld. To claim you do not have the tools to complete overage claims will not be recognized.

Refund Policy

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] within three days of your purchase. In order to be eligible you must not have entered the training center. We have software that tracks users and usage and will use that software to determine whether the training center has been entered.

If you have made request within the three-day period and have not entered the training center, you will receive a refund on the card you used to make the purchase within 7-10 days depending on the processing times with the merchant services.
